Refund policy
At Urban Maples, we want you to feel confident about your purchase.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags, and returned in their original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is also required.
To start a return, please contact us at sales@urbanmaples.com. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us as soon as possible after delivery so we can make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges
We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, you can return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us and we’ll look into it.
